Watch and Pray Edmonton, AB - Edmonton Family Worship Centre Ongoing Watch and pray is an emphasis of the Edmonton Evangelical Ministerial Association, targeting the needs of various areas of the City with the express goal of Community Transformation, reducing crime and making our City a safe and happy place to live in. Based on the scripture, seek the peace of the City where I have led you captive (Jer. 29:7), we believe that as salt and light God has called us to be a redemptive force for all that is good in our neighbourhoods. The downtown core has become a priority area for Watch and Pray over the summer months, with positive support from the Edmonton Police Services Downtown Division.
Do you have a prayer group, or would you like to be part of a prayer group that focuses on the downtown core of Edmonton? We have groups going consistently a few nights of the week, mustering as a group at Edmonton Family Worship Centre, and fanning out in various directions as the Spirit leads and directs. These groups have had very positive opportunities to seek the heart of God for our City, and various individual opportunities to minister to people we have met while prayerwalking. We would love to have the support and involvement of your group in this positive initiative.

We look for comedians and musicians who are passionate about their gifts and will perform at the highest levels of excellence.
